Job Description

Gifted Integrative Speech Therapy (GIST) is a Pediatric Private Practice providing speech therapy.

//www.giftedintegrativespeechtherapy.com for more information. We are looking for committed and passionate individuals to join our team and change lives! The Position(s): We are currently looking for full and part-time therapists to serve (in-person_)in our clinic (Atlanta; SW) ! A school setting (near the clinic) is also available, as well hospital setting (Atlanta). Only ASHA Certified individuals will be considered for this position. This position can be hybrid ( in-person mainly; with some virtual). Continuing education opportunities. Friendly work environment. Flexible Schedule. The caseload grows daily! A 1-year commitment is preferred. There is a minimum patient requirement. Competitive Pay (Pay amount will be based per visit) and years of experience. Continuing education credits available. Supervision may be available for Clinical Fellows.
Duties:
  • Assess
  • and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.
  • Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Monitor and document progress of patients throughout the therapy process.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers regarding speech and language disorders.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience working with individuals with children speech and language disorders is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of current research and evidence-based practices in the field of Speech-Language Pathology.
