Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing speech-language pathology services in a vibrant urban environment near Atlanta, GA. This position starts August 3, 2026, and runs through May 27, 2027. Both full-time (35 hours/week) and part-time options are available, with most caseloads focused at a single school site. Interviewing is underway now for the 2026/2027 academic year! Your assignments may include working with students from preschool through high school at various elementary and secondary campuses. Opportunities range from early intervention in primary schools to K-12 experiences, with positions supporting both standard and low incidence classrooms. Bilingual SLPs and those seeking schedule flexibility are encouraged to apply. What we're looking for: Active Georgia Department of Education Certification Active Georgia SLP License Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to adapt to a diverse student population Comfort working onsite (no remote/VOCO assignments for this role) If bilingual, additional opportunities may be available Key responsibilities: Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to assigned caseload Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop IEPs Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff Document progress and maintain thorough records Provide both individual and group intervention as needed Participate in meetings and professional development activities Benefits include a supportive school environment, varied site options, and flexibility with part-time or full-time roles.
