Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time contract opportunity (with part-time options available) lets you make a real impact in a vibrant educational setting—serving students from preschool through high school at a single site or across a couple of local campuses. Whether you enjoy working with younger children or older students, there's a setting and caseload tailored to your strengths—ranging from low-incidence units at elementary schools to assisting at high schools and preschools.
Required Qualifications:
Hold an active Georgia Department of Education Certification Possess a valid SLP license for the state of Georgia Background providing speech-language services in a school setting is highly preferred Willingness to work exclusively on-site (remote or virtual services not available) Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team and collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a dedicated caseload, primarily at one campus—assignments set according to student needs Screen, assess, and provide therapy for students with diverse speech and language challenges, including support for bilingual populations if desired Develop individualized intervention plans, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff to promote positive learning outcomes Positions are available at various elementary, primary, charter, and preschools throughout the Atlanta area, with options for both full- and part-time schedules.
