Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. Intrepid CCE Speech LLC is a small pediatric speech therapy private practice that values establishing collaborative relationships with clients to better nurture communication skills. We are looking to hire a part-time or full-time SLP to join our nuclear team of SLPs in the Columbus, GA area. Practice Locations for Open Positions Columbus, GA Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities in patients. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques to improve communication skills. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding speech and language development. Collaborate with school personnel and other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes. Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology. Requirements Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field. Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist. Strong knowledge of pediatric communication sciences and disorders. 1+ years Experience in patient assessment and providing speech therapy services. Familiarity with early intervention strategies for pediatric patients is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client rapport.
