Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in the educational experience of students near Dallas, GA, with a full-time contract opportunity in a supportive school environment. This assignment, scheduled from August 4, 2026, through May 26, 2027, is perfect for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who thrives working with elementary and middle school students and values being present on-site. You'll have the chance to focus on a single school site, ensuring continuity of care as you help young learners overcome communication challenges and develop crucial skills. With ongoing adjustments to caseloads and classroom placements, adaptability and the ability to collaborate effectively will be essential.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
Active professional SLP license and current credential with ASHA (CCC required) GA PSC certification (new requirement for the upcoming school year) Experience working with school-age children, specifically in elementary and middle school settings Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities Flexibility for occasional prescreen interviews (between 9-11am or 2-3pm EST, with some timing flexibility possible) Willingness to complete time-sensitive credentialing steps, including a fingerprint background check and drug screening Ability to work on-site; virtual options are not available for this assignment Only fully credentialed SLPs (no SLPAs) will be considered
