Progress Village Pediatric Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for our busy summer season at our Decatur location. Summer is one of our highest-demand times of year, and we are looking for dependable, motivated therapists who want to earn strong income while providing high-quality pediatric speech therapy in a supportive outpatient clinic setting. Progress Village Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned and operated pediatric therapy company with two outpatient locations in Decatur and Conyers Georgia. We are excited to be hiring Speech-Language Pathologists at our Decatur, Georgia location. New Grads are encouraged to apply!

Years one and two:
Summit CEU courses reimbursed with receipts.
Years three and beyond:
up to $2,400.00 each year toward continuing education, certifications, or tuition. Professional liability coverage . Options to join our group policy or reimburse your own. Private clinic space and clientele focused materials . Fully equipped sensory gyms, private treatment rooms, and the latest pediatric tools. Supportive mentorship and professional development opportunities . Free lunch and learns, case consults, and peer support. Employment classification and available supports will depend on role structure, schedule, and whether the position is W-2 or independent contractor.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Evaluate and implement effective treatment plans for children from birth to 18 years old. Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and families to craft meaningful goals. Document visits in our streamlined EMR; A verage note time is about five minutes. Maintain Georgia speech therapy license and liability insurance (coverage options available).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Active or eligible Georgia speech therapy license within thirty days. Pediatric fieldwork or at least one year of pediatric experience preferred. Reliable transportation
