Speech Therapy is seeking a part-time or full-time experienced Speech-Language Pathologist and/or a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our growing team at our DECATUR location. We are a dynamic facility, specializing in infants, children 0-22, NICU graduates, neurological and genetic disorders, language & feeding disorders, apraxia, and more.   • Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language abilities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs
  • Provide therapy to individuals with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required for licensure)
  • State licensure or eligibility for state licensure
  • ASHA certification (required)
  • Experience in patient care, particularly in pediatrics or school settings
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and speech therapy techniques
  • Familiarity with early intervention practices
