Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Hamilton, GA, serving a vibrant school district with a commitment to student speech and language development. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply and expand your expertise in a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to meet each student's unique communication needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies and procedures. Participate in professional development and team meetings as required.
Qualifications:
Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist License. Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) Educator certification. Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred. Candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) will be considered. Experience in a school setting is highly valued. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to adapt caseload according to experience and district needs.

Location:
Columbus, GA.
Contract Dates:
Immediate start through May 21, 2026, with an option to continue for the 2026-2027 school year from August 3, 2026, to May 21, 2027.
Schedule:
Flexible hours ranging from part-time to full-time, up to 37.5 hours per week. This role is strictly onsite; virtual candidates are not eligible.
