Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-27 school year. Multiple positions are available for both SLP-CCCs and CFYs, covering a variety of school settings including elementary, middle, and high school. The assignment runs from July 27, 2026, to May 26, 2027, offering a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Located just a short drive south of Atlanta, this area provides both convenience and a vibrant professional environment for advancing your skills with diverse age groups.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Hold (or be eligible for) a Speech-Language Pathologist state license. SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome to apply. Experience in educational settings or pediatrics is strongly valued. Skills in teletherapy, assessment, and intervention for children and adolescents. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Previous work or clinical rotations in school-based or healthcare SLP preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students (elementary, middle, or high school) as assigned. Assess students, develop and implement intervention plans, and document progress. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child's communication goals. Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with all documentation standards.
