Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for making a difference in school settings. This contract opportunity offers flexibility with both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time schedules available. Work with elementary, middle, and high school students in a collaborative environment, with other SLPs and SLPAs providing support across all campuses. Teletherapy options and Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply. Conveniently located near major cities including Decatur, Athens, Suwanee, Alpharetta, Norcross, Dacula, Peachtree Corners, Sugar Hill, Buford, Lilburn, Grayson, Hoschton, and Duluth, this position is just 20 minutes north of Atlanta and 20 minutes west of Decatur.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license in Georgia (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CFY) considered Experience in school settings (K-12), pediatric therapy, or teletherapy is highly valued Strong collaboration and communication skills Dedication to serving diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students Deliver therapy services in-person or via teletherapy for elementary, middle, and high school students Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student outcomes Attend IEP meetings and complete required documentation Support initiatives to enhance speech-language programs within the schools No Medicaid billing required Enjoy a dynamic environment with a team-focused atmosphere and plenty of peer support.
