Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant educational community. This onsite role offers a chance to work hands-on in a school-based setting, helping children develop essential communication skills for lifelong success.
Qualifications and Skills:
Valid Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification (must obtain both eventually, but either is accepted to start) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status Experience in educational or pediatric SLP settings is ideal Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse staff and student populations Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy services onsite as directed by school needs Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs Work closely with educators, families, and other specialists to support student outcomes Document progress and maintain compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines
Role Details:
