Job Description
We are looking to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist to our pediatric outpatient clinic! Responsibilities Identify and meet patients' goals and needs Educate caregivers on treatment sessions and/or home exercise programs Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques Build rapport with both patients and caregivers Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions Consult and practice with other health professionals Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress Document patient care services Skills Proven work experience as a speech-language pathologist Feeding experience preferred Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities and diagnoses Current knowledge of treatment practices Drive to continually learn and grow Excellent interpersonal communication skills Ability to provide clear detailed written documentation Graduate degree or greater Active Georgia license
