School Speech Pathology | Stone Mountain, Georgia Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Stone Mountain, GA Job Details Contract 2 days ago Qualifications Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide contract services for students with varied speech, language, and communication challenges. This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with educators and families, helping students reach their full potential throughout the school year.
Qualifications & Experience Sought:
Valid Georgia state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFYs considered Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations welcomed Solid understanding of IEP process and IDEA guidelines Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine students' needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals Deliver direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEPs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote students' progress Maintain accurate records of student performance, sessions, and required documentation Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success strategies Provide resources and guidance to parents and school personnel as needed
