Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract role will immerse you in dynamic educational environments, supporting elementary, middle, and high school populations. Multiple positions are available to serve a diverse student community, working closely with a collaborative team of SLPs and SLPAs. Your expertise will help children and adolescents reach their communication goals, guiding them toward academic and social success. Both onsite and teletherapy opportunities are available, offering flexibility and professional growth.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Georgia SLP License Valid Georgia Department of Education Certification Ability to collaborate effectively with other clinicians and educational staff Passion for fostering inclusive, supportive learning spaces
What You'll Do:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collect and maintain student data and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Provide ongoing support and training for staff regarding communication strategies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility and progress evaluations Offer direct and consultative services across elementary, middle, and high school campuses You'll find the support of a knowledgeable team, opportunities to expand your skills, and the chance to impact students across age groups during your full-time, 40 hour-per-week assignment from August 5, 2026, through May 26, 2027.
