This contract opportunity is designed for both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those holding the CCC credential, aiming to help students communicate more effectively and reach their fullest potential.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active or eligibility for SLP license in Hawaii ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) welcomed, new graduates completing CFY encouraged to apply Prior experience or strong interest in working within a school setting Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, families, and staff Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, voice, and language disorders
Your Role Will Include:
Conducting speech and language evaluations for a caseload of students across various grade levels Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs Providing engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups Collaborating with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social progress Maintaining thorough, timely documentation of therapy progress and communication with families Participating in IEP meetings and contributing insights for student success Enjoy a professional environment where your skills are valued and your contribution directly enhances student outcomes.
