Job Description

This engaging role is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist enthusiastic about making a difference in pediatric populations. Leverage your clinical expertise in both on-site and teletherapy environments, working collaboratively with fellow professionals to deliver top-tier speech services.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology State licensure or eligibility as an SLP in Hawaii Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings is highly valued Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital service delivery is a plus Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs of students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies tailored to each child Deliver direct therapy services, both in-person and through teletherapy, to ensure access and consistency Collaborate with teachers, families, and other multidisciplinary team members to support student goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring and reporting Stay current with best practices in pediatric and school-based SLP, continuing professional education as required Experience the rewarding impact of guiding children toward their communication goals while enjoying the scenic surroundings just outside Honolulu.
