Competitive per-visit compensation ( $80.00+ per visit )

Our team culture is grounded in: Aloha - compassionate, patient-centered care Kuleana - accountability and pride in our work Treating every patient like ohana We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients throughout Oahu. Watch our "Now Hiring" TV commercial: https://youtu.be/p7ZHTDZzJxo?si=FONYC40KdLUTfH2v Responsibilities Provide skilled home health speech therapy services in patients' homes Complete speech-language pathology evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Treat swallowing disorders ( dysphagia ), cognitive-communication deficits, speech and language impairments, and voice disorders Educate patients, caregivers, and family members Collaborate with nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and case managers Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Medicare home health regulations Qualifications Current Hawaii license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence ( CCC-SLP ) preferred 1+ year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred) Knowledge of Medicare home health documentation requirements preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in the field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Passion for serving seniors, kupuna, and local families Why Join Always Best Care?
