Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible Previous experience or strong interest in school-based SLP settings Ability to adapt to new environments and build rapport with students and staff
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and provide individualized speech and language therapy to K-12 students Develop and implement effective treatment plans Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress Document services and track student outcomes in compliance with school and district protocols Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
