Adult Neuro Speech Therapist Neuro Clinic of Idaho Location:

Part-Time Schedule:
15-25 hours per week
Pay:
$45-50/hour Join Neuro Clinic of Idaho's outpatient neurological rehabilitation team helping adults improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and independence after neurologic injury or disease. We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. You'll work with adults experiencing stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, dementia, aphasia, dysarthria, dysphagia, and cognitive-communication disorders. This role is ideal for an SLP who values flexible scheduling, interdisciplinary teamwork, and meaningful patient relationships. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat adult neuro patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Assess and support AAC devices and assistive communication technology Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals Complete timely documentation Collaborate with OT/PT providers and caregivers Educate patients and families to support long-term progress Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Idaho SLP license CCC-SLP required (CF applicants not considered) Outpatient and adult neuro rehab experience preferred AAC and dysphagia experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills What We Offer Flexible scheduling and work-life balance Supportive interdisciplinary team environment Neuro-focused caseload with opportunities for clinical growth One-on-one patient care with manageable caseloads No weekends or holidays Opportunity to help grow a specialty neuro rehab program If you are passionate about helping adults improve quality of life after neurologic injury or disease, we'd love to hear from you.
