Position Overview As a Home Health Supervisor, you will play a key role in collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. Your work will ensure that each patient receives the highest standard of care, aligned with their needs and the care plan. What You Can Expect in This RoleFull-time Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, roatating weekends and on-callDirect Reports:
15-20 direct reports, responsible for clinical pt oversight and agency operations, including but not limited to triaging high risk pt situations and determining pt acceptance Coordinating and supporting 6-10 patient case managers, directing cares on approximately 100 patients. This is a regulatory required position, per Joint commission, this is acting as 'hh clinical manager' per JC and CMS requirements. How We Support Your DevelopmentTuition Reimbursement:

Education:
Degree from an accredited program.Experience:
3 years relevant experienceLicenses/Certifications:
Valid license to practice physical, occupational or speech therapy in state of practice. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross. Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
