Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an enriching role as an Onsite Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year and make a meaningful impact on K-12 students' communication skills. This contract position offers a manageable caseload, ensuring you can provide personalized attention and effective interventions to students who need it most.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Valid SLP licensure for the state or eligibility for certification Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) Previous experience working in a school environment is highly valued Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Familiarity with IEP documentation and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, both individually and in groups Conduct assessments to identify students' communication strengths and needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Track student progress meticulously and maintain detailed records Engage and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and educational partners Offer consultation, resources, and support to staff and families to foster student success
