Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Skills & Experience Sought:
Active license as a Speech Language Pathologist Experience or strong interest in working within school settings (K-12) Ability to design and implement speech and language therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs Proficient in conducting assessments, writing IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Strong communication and rapport-building skills with students, staff, and families Familiarity with SLP best practices in an educational context
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language interventions for students identified with communication challenges Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments Document progress and maintain accurate student records Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students Provide consultation and guidance to classroom teachers for implementing strategies Foster an encouraging and inclusive therapy environment for students of all backgrounds
