Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding role supporting young learners by providing exceptional speech and language services in a school setting. This full-time opportunity involves working with kindergarten through third-grade students, offering a manageable caseload of 45 children. The position is ideal for professionals passionate about fostering communication and growth in early elementary students. Candidates with experience as School Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, and School-based Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) are encouraged to apply. You'll collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to create engaging therapy sessions that address students' diverse needs and help them achieve their communication goals.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of SLPA program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Experience with school-based populations, particularly K-3, is preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to create individual and group therapy plans tailored to student needsKey Responsibilities:
