Qualifications:
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) Current Speech-Language Pathologist license from IDFPR Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Experience in a school setting serving PreK-8th grade is preferred ISBE number required for submission
Responsibilities:
Serve the EC-8th grade caseload (approx. 70 students, split between two SLPs) Provide assessment, intervention, and consultation for students with diverse speech-language needs Maintain compliance with all district, union, and state guidelines Engage in collaborative team meetings and parent conferences Deliver direct therapy and progress monitoring onsite (virtual positions not available)
