Job Description

Carle Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of committed professionals in providing quality healthcare and medical services. As part of our team, the SLP will utilize cutting-edge research and advanced medical treatments to enhance patient communication and swallowing abilities. This role is vital in assessing, diagnosing, treating, and helping to prevent communication and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages. Working at Carle Health, you will be at the forefront of community-centric care, making a difference every day in the lives of your patients. Assess and diagnose patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Plan, execute, and adjust individualized treatment plans for effective speech therapy. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine patient care and recovery. Conduct treatment sessions to improve patients' speech and swallowing abilities. Keep records of patient progress and adjust treatments as needed. Proficiency in various speech language pathology techniques and therapies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology
