We are an SLP-owned practice. This role consists of 60-80% Early Intervention (birth to three) and 20-40% private pay families in Lake County and north suburban Cook County. Travel is 5-20 minutes between each visit; usually around 10 minutes. Opportunities for bilingual therapy. Excellent retention of SLPs. Position Requirements Master's Degree from an ASHA-accredited program Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license in good standing Early Intervention Specialist credential, or willingness to obtain Driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance Experience and understanding of child-led, play-based, responsive intervention Eagerness to work collaboratively with families and other professionals Interest in becoming a contributing member of a growing team Exceptional oral and written communication skills Position Responsibilities Evaluate, develop goals, and provide evidence-based treatment interventions for children via primarily in-person and occasional telehealth service delivery. Participate in the Early Intervention Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) process, including attending meetings, communicating with team members, evaluating outcomes, and writing reports.
