Position Overview Wise Speech Connections is seeking a full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing pediatric clinic in Lake Zurich, IL. This role offers full-time flexible core hours and a supportive environment where speech therapists receive mentorship and collaboration opportunities to help children reach their communication goals. Our clinic shares office space with occupational and physical therapists, creating a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere where professionals enjoy coming to work each day. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and assess children with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable therapy goals Provide engaging, evidence-based, and play-based therapy services Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and related professionals Maintain timely documentation, progress reports, and treatment notes Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Participate in team collaboration and interdisciplinary care planning Build strong relationships with families through clear and consistent communication Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Illinois state licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure) Experience working with pediatric speech and language disorders Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment Passion for child-centered, relationship-based care

Pay:

$50.00 - $70.00 per hour
