Helping children with autism and those who love them to THRIVE ! Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans that enhance communication, socialization, and self-advocacy skills for students with autism and related needs. You will work closely with educators, therapists, and families to ensure each student receives comprehensive, data-driven support aligned with their IEP goals. What You'll Do Evaluate students using formal and informal assessments to identify communication needs Design and implement individualized and group therapy plans aligned with IEP goals Deliver evidence-based interventions across the following practice areas: receptive and expressive communication, including analytic and gestalt language processors, AAC, social communication, phonological and motor speech disorders, executive function and self-advocacy skills, literacy skills and feeding Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team to support student growth Monitor, analyze, and adjust interventions using student performance data Train and support staff and families to promote consistency across environments Contribute to IEP development and participate in team meetings Maintain assistive technology, therapy tools, and documentation

Qualifications Required:
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) OR Graduate Students looking to complete their Clinical Fellowship Professional Educator License (PEL) Dedication to neurodiversity-affirming and sensory-informed therapeutic practices Experience working with both speaking and non-speaking students Strong knowledge of and/or interest in mentorship in the following practice areas
  • AAC (low

  • and high-tech) and gestalt language processing Desire to participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and coaching for classroom staff and parents
Preferred:
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • 2 or more years' experience working with individuals with autism
  • Experience with and/or interest in utilizing a variety of AT tools, including mid-tech options and robust, iOS-based AAC software (e.g., TouchChat, Grid, LAMP, Unity, Prolquo2Go, Proloquo4Text, Avaz AAC, TD Snap)

Responsibilities may include:
Lifting or assisting students (up to 100 lbs.)
