Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist working in-person with school-aged students for the 2026-2027 academic year. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain prior to the school year ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued Solid understanding of IEP process, progress monitoring, and documentation Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Compassionate communication, organization, and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in individual and group settings Maintain detailed and timely documentation for service delivery and IEP compliance Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning Communicate with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress and strategies for success
