A school district in the Chicago, IL area is currently hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an elementary school caseload. The district is seeking a motivated professional to provide speech and language services to students in a supportive educational setting. Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals Provide direct speech therapy services to elementary-aged students Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology Active Illinois SLP License required Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required Prior school or pediatric experience preferred
