Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Naperville, IL Area | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Summer 2026 and 2026-2027 School Year Soliant is partnering with school districts throughout the Naperville area to hire Speech Language Pathologists for current and upcoming educational opportunities. We are seeking motivated clinicians who are committed to helping students strengthen communication skills and achieve success in the classroom. Whether you are an experienced SLP or beginning the next stage of your career, we welcome professionals who are passionate about supporting student growth and development. Pay Range:
$40-$60 per hour Potential for continued and future assignments Compensation is based on experience, credentials, assignment requirements, and district budget. What You'll Bring Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Illinois SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively within educational teams Essential Functions Assess and identify speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide direct and consultative speech-language services Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff Participate in IEP meetings and student planning discussions Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Monitor student outcomes and adjust interventions as needed Why Consider Naperville?
