43 Weeks We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year in Beach Park, Illinois. This school-based role focuses on supporting elementary-aged students in developing communication, language, and social interaction skills that contribute to academic success. The district provides a supportive environment with manageable caseloads and welcomes both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs). Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and treatment goals based on student needs Conduct speech and language assessments and maintain accurate progress documentation Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations, therapy goals, and progress updates Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services per district guidelines Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed Support communication skills to improve classroom participation and social development Maintain compliance with state, federal, and school district regulations Manage caseload and documentation efficiently while ensuring quality care Requirements Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology required Active Illinois SLP License required Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required School-based or pediatric experience preferred Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
