Franciscan Health Olympia Fields Campus 20201 S Crawford Ave Olympia Fields, Illinois 60461 The Speech Language Pathologist I provides evaluation and treatment of the patient within the parameters of legal and professional guidelines and hospital and departmental policies and procedures. This position evaluates and implements a plan of care for the provision of comprehensive speech and language services for individuals exhibiting dysfunction in the areas of speech and/or language.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Master's Degree Speech Pathologist (SPE)•. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)•. American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA)•. Prime Healthcare will add the 214-bed Franciscan Health Olympia Fields Hospital and Franciscan's Illinois operations, including Specialty Physicians of Illinois LLC, Working Well's Illinois operations, Franciscan Health & Fitness Center Chicago Heights, Home Care, and Chicago Heights Walk-In Clinic, to its system. This acquisition remains subject to customary regulatory review and approvals.
