Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a K-8 school setting. The SLP will work with students experiencing speech, language, communication, and related disorders that impact educational performance and classroom participation. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' communication development and academic success in a positive and supportive school environment. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations for K-8 students Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services Support students with articulation, fluency, voice, expressive/receptive language, and social communication needs Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, therapy notes, and compliance records Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and special education teams Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings Monitor student progress and modify therapy plans as needed Utilize evidence-based practices and assistive technology when appropriate Promote communication confidence, classroom participation, and student engagement Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state SLP license and/or Department of Education certification CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills If you are ready to make a real difference in students' lives while enjoying work-life balance and excellent benefits, take the next step in your career and apply today!
