08/01/2026 Corpus Christi Catholic School is seeking a faithful, enthusiastic and student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. Applicants must be in support of the mission and vision of Corpus Christi Catholic School and has a passion for supporting students in developing essential communication skills that contribute to their academic success and overall growth. This position serves students across grade levels in a collaborative, faith-filled environment, working closely with classroom teachers, interventionists, and administration to support students' academic, social, and speech growth. Responsibilities:
Recognizes and supports the mission of Corpus Christi Catholic School by speaking, acting, and instructing in a manner consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church Helps build the school's faith community through participation in school, religious, and service activities Conducts speech and language screenings for PreK and Kindergarten students to identify early areas of need Delivers direct and indirect speech/language services in individual and small group settings Collaborates with the school's LEA to support evaluation processes and determine student eligibility for services Implements speech and language services for students with existing ISPs, in alignment with established goals Monitors student progress and maintain documentation aligned with ISP goals and service requirements Collaborates with classroom teachers, interventionists, and administration to support student success across settings Communicates regularly with parents regarding student progress and strategies for support Supports teachers with strategies to enhance language development in the classroom Participates in student support meetings (WIN team) and collaborates as part of a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Illinois Licensure (or ability to obtain) Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills Certificate or eligible for Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with school-aged children preferred What makes Corpus Christi Different?
