Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract This contract role is ideal for certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) seeking full-time opportunities within a K-12 school setting for the 2026/2027 academic year. Situated in Plainfield, IL, this position offers the chance to manage diverse caseloads, including monolingual and bilingual (Spanish) students, supporting their speech and language development across grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each student's unique needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with educational and licensing standardsQualifications:
Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings, including Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Ability to serve both monolingual and bilingual (Spanish) student caseloads is highly preferredLocation:
