What You'll Bring:
Active SLP certification with PEL and SLP Endorsement Experience or strong interest in pediatric, elementary, middle, and high school settings Commitment to evidence-based therapy and student-centered care Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families Openness to support therapy for diverse populations and communication needs, including those completing their CFY Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of K-12 students Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and legal guidelines Serve as an advocate and resource for speech and language development within the school community Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and trainings as needed
