Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling Speech-Language Pathology role supporting young learners in grades 2-4. This school-based contract position offers the rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact, providing dedicated therapy in a private space designed just for you—no shared offices or split environments. You'll work full-time throughout the new school year, creating positive outcomes and building meaningful relationships.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current SLP-CCC or eligibility for CFY supervision State licensure (or eligibility for licensure) Strong foundation in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings Previous experience working with elementary school-age children is highly valued Ability to supervise and mentor a Clinical Fellow (CF) Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to 2nd-4th grade students Supervise and support a Clinical Fellow, providing guidance and feedback Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to facilitate student progress Maintain accurate student records in accordance with district and professional requirements Utilize your own dedicated, exclusive therapy space—enabling focused, distraction-free sessions Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and contribute to a positive school environment This position offers the unique advantage of a private therapy workspace, ensuring you have the resources to provide individualized support and growth opportunities for both your students and the Clinical Fellow under your supervision.
