Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the Fall 2026 term, serving a preschool caseload. The role involves conducting evaluations and providing therapy in a school setting located in Avon, IN. This contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with young learners to support their communication development.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer comprehensive speech and language evaluations for preschool-aged students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs Deliver direct speech therapy services to a diverse caseload Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student outcomes
Qualifications:
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required Experience working with preschool populations preferred Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders in early childhood Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a school environment and as part of a team
