Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding opportunity serving schools in the Bedford, IN area as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. This part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week, offers the chance to support both Special Instruction (SI) and general education students as they reach important communication milestones. As a valued professional in this role, you'll focus on providing evidence-based speech and language therapy services tailored to a diverse student caseload. Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and fellow specialists to create effective learning strategies and support each student's unique needs.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathology licensure required Previous school-based SLP experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, students, and families Ability to organize and manage a varied caseload Experience supporting both SI and general education students is a plus Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
