Key Qualifications:
Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience supporting school-aged children (K-12 setting preferred) Strong communication and collaborative skills Organized, compassionate, and driven to help students achieve academic and social success
Responsibilities Include:
Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Providing direct and consultative speech therapy services in accordance with student needs Collaborating with educators, administrators, and families to foster student progress Maintaining accurate records and documenting student performance and therapy outcomes Participating in IEP meetings and student support teams as needed Staying up to date on evidence-based practices and compliance requirements
