Full-Time Theracare, Inc. is seeking a full-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our established outpatient therapy clinic in Fishers, Indiana . Our clinic provides therapy to children with a wide range of communication and feeding needs, creating a clinically engaging environment where therapists can build meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality care . This position is ideal for an SLP who enjoys pediatric outpatient practice, clinical variety, and working closely with families to help children achieve meaningful progress. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers Maintain accurate and timely documentation Work collaboratively with other therapy professionals within the clinic Pediatric Caseload Includes Our therapists work with children experiencing: Speech and language delays Articulation and phonological disorders Developmental language disorders Social communication challenges Feeding and swallowing disorders Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) This role is best suited for therapists who enjoy pediatric therapy and appreciate the variety and creativity that comes with outpatient practice.
