Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract position where you can utilize your Speech-Language Pathology expertise to make a meaningful impact on students' lives throughout the full school year. This opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week starting July 27 and focuses on pediatric populations in a collaborative educational environment near Indianapolis, IN.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered Prior experience working with pediatric and school-aged children Familiarity with school-based documentation, IEP processes, and compliance Experience with teletherapy platforms or an eagerness to learn remote service delivery methods Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as indicated on IEPs Conduct comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations Develop individualized goals and intervention plans based on student needs Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals Offer support for teletherapy services when needed to expand therapy access Remain current with best practices in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology If you're looking to empower children in a dynamic school setting and want a fulfilling contract role that leverages your clinical skills, this position is an ideal fit.
