• Position Overview
• We are seeking a dedicated
• Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• to support
• elementary students (K-5)
• in the Kokomo area. This school-based role offers a
• reasonable caseload, strong team collaboration, and a supportive service delivery model
• , allowing SLPs to focus on providing high-quality therapy—without excessive paperwork or burnout.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary students (K-5) + Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders including articulation, language, and pragmatic skills + Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
• Qualifications
• + Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in Indiana + Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract. + Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology + Strong communication and collaboration skills + Ability to manage caseload efficiently while providing quality therapy
