Join our Spring Mill team who will appreciate your expertise. An active Indiana professional license for Speech Therapy Compassionate and Patient Strong interpersonal skills, especially when it comes to delivering sensitive information to patients and/or families. Ability to think critically under pressure. Possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel. Be able to make independent decisions concerning above job duties. Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family member, visitors, government agencies/personnel, vendors, and the general public. Be knowledgeable of admissions, nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.

Schedule needs:
