Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (Elementary) AnthroMed Education is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive elementary school team in South Bend. You'll support PreK-6th grade students with a balanced and well-structured caseload, including direct and consult services. This district uses a 3:1 service delivery model, providing built-in time each month for documentation, IEPs, teacher collaboration, and planning. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys elementary-aged students, values dedicated planning time, and wants a clearly defined caseload structure.

Compensation:
$50,000-$64,000/year (based on qualifications and experience)
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders to understand their impact on learning. Develop and implement IEP goals using creative, student-focused therapy approaches in both individual and group settings. Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to create strategies and accommodations that support student success. Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and keep clear, timely documentation. Design service plans that reflect the speech and language demands of the curriculum and integrate into students' educational programs. Participate in professional learning and contribute as a valued member of the school community. Support we provide our
SLPs:
Bi-weekly team meetings with other AnthroMed SLPs to network and problem-solve. Ongoing 1:1 caseload support and mentorship with our SLP Clinical Support Director. Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid
IPLA SLP
Licensure + IDOE School Services License (Active or willing to obtain) Prior school/pediatric experience preferred, but not required
