The ideal candidate will have experience working in school settings and a strong background in pediatrics. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in children, providing essential support to enhance their communication skills and overall development. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs. Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques to improve articulation, fluency, and language comprehension. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment for patients. Provide early intervention services to children with developmental delays in communication. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech therapy and pediatric care. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and patient care principles related to speech therapy. Ability to assess patients effectively using appropriate evaluation tools.
