Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic in Leawood, KS, is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team on a contract basis. This role focuses on providing exceptional therapy services to children and young adults, from infancy through their early twenties, within a supportive and dynamic clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to pediatric populations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies and professional standards. Engage with families to provide education and support throughout the therapy process.
Qualifications:
Must hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Proven experience in pediatric speech-language pathology within clinical or school settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Location and Schedule:
Position based in Leawood, KS. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing a structured work week. Contract position suitable for candidates seeking both immediate and ongoing engagement.
