Hiring for Next School Year - Full Time OT Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Overland Park, KS Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Speech-Language Pathology License Occupational Therapy License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join us for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite position serving students across two schools in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to students in Kindergarten through 8th grade Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Deliver direct and consultative OT services to support student success in the classroom Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement effective strategies Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
Active Kansas Occupational Therapist (OT) License required Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to effectively manage a caseload across multiple school sites Why Join Us?
