Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license in Kansas (or eligibility for KS licensure) CCC or willingness to supervise/mentor CFY clinicians Prior experience in school-based settings preferred, but strong clinical fellows are encouraged Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilitiesPrimary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication needs for students in Pre-K through 12th grade Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain timely and accurate documentation according to school policy Participate in meetings, professional development, and parent conferencesOutstanding Benefits:
